Our waterfront cabin for rent in Island Park is on a quiet street of only 5 cabins total surrounded by national forest and offers the best of both "waterfront" worlds.  Not only are you sitting next to a serene, crystal-clear river for canoeing, kayaking, swimming, inner-tubing and fishing...The Boat launch is only a half mile from the cabin's driveway for water skiing, jet skiing, swimming and yes, ...more fishing on the IP Reservoir. And the river won't dry up and ruin your view and fun on the water like many of the waterfront cabins for rent on the reservoir.

A restaurant/upscale sports bar, convenience store, gas station, day spa and pizza are all within walking distance. More restaurant choices are nearby. Take a short drive and play a round of golf. Rent ATVs and watercraft nearby.  Enjoy biking, horseback riding, wildlife viewing often right from your deck. (Elk, Deer, Moose)

Absolutely NO PETS NO SMOKING Most cabin owners do not allow smoking or pets unless their cabin already smells bad. If we discover that you have brought a pet, or smoked inside the cabin there is an automatic charge of $300, plus any extra cleaning costs or damages.

OFF SEASON LEASE
LEASE TERM FROM  SEPT 15 THRU JUNE 15TH

The cabin is available in the off season as a long term lease only. There are no weekly or monthly rental rates for winter. The off-season lease amount is $900/mo. If you pay the entire amount up front, the amount is $800/mo. You may share the expense with another family if you wish but it must be disclosed and all tenants must be on the lease.

Tenant will be responsible for utilities. Shared snow removal fee with other owners.

No Smoking, period. Cabin is furnished. You will have access to the 3 car garage.

No Pets unless approved in writing by owners. Additional deposits and conditions will apply if a pet is approved.

ABSOLUTELY NO SUBLETTING. All members of the family must be included in the rental application. Subletting is a breach of the contract. Any monies collected or due must be paid to the owner, and you may lose your right to stay in the cabin, however you will still be responsible for paying the balance of your lease. We are very serious about not subletting as you can see.

Last winter electric bill average over 8 months was $204.00 /month. It's a big cabin.
